Bag was pretty hammered and smashed out of shape, as you could see in the picture, with lots of scuffs beyond the natural look of Frye leather…added a little TLC, it has cleaned up nicely…not as much as I hoped,,but pretty good. Seller was honest, the picture was real…showed it was smashed and out of shape - no complaints.
