WOW! I don't even have words to describe how above-and-beyond nice this buying experience was. First of all, the shoes arrived literally as I was about to go out, so of course I wore them (they look absolutely brand new, by the way--and they DO run small like the description said--I wear a size 8 and these 10s fit perfectly). I got multiple compliments literally everywhere I went (seriously, when does that ever happen?). The packaging was eco-friendly (just the shoebox taped together--sadly the post office crushed to shoebox but that's not the seller's fault). I took the tape of and it didn't rip the box up so that was awesome. Do I love the gifts and the Christmas card? I absolutely do. What a magical, special experience.
