Writing reviews isn't usually my forte but this one is definitely worth stepping out of my comfort zone lol. I've had my eyes on this beautiful pair of heels for a couple of weeks but with the end of holiday season my budget wasn't very encouraging to jump and grab them as soon as I saw them, no matter how many times I came back to this listing for sizing questions, etc. Lysa was always so nice and quick with her responses and when I was finally ready to purchase she was just so accommodating with everything. I finally got my order delivered today and I can't say enough good things about it! The packing was so clean and beautiful, the shoes were even prettier than the pictures and the size (which was my big worry) was almost perfect! The band around the toe area is just a little bit snug but that's expected from shoes that are basically new, after a second use it already feels easier to slide feet in them so no doubt it'll break in as needed after one or two more uses. Length of the shoe is perfect, they are so comfy to walk in and my partner loves them. I can't wait to wear them for Valentine's, I just love love LOVE them.
