As imaged, VERY soft and warm. Size is great, I can’t stress this enough because I never find a coat my size. I am 5’2” 125 lbs and everything is gigantic on me, the coat sits over my hip and the arms fit too, a little bit longer over the hand but it doesn’t hide my whole hands (I don’t want it exposing my hands completely either since it will be cold). Beautiful design also. I was so scared ordering this but now I can look fwd to the winter.
