The Seller kept in communications and acknowledge my patience for the item as it took a bit to ship. Hey, we all have stuff happen now and again. This Seller was easy to work with, genuine, and sold her item at a reasonable price. The boots were in good shape too. The rain boots were just as described and a fantastic brand, London Fog. We may get snow in Oregon, so the timing of the boots arrival was perfect!
