The bag is beautiful.... My heart sank when I got home and found a badly crushed box that was broken OPEN on my doorstep. Miraculously, the tote was laying in the open box, and seemed ok. If you wrapped the tote in tissue or bubble wrap, that all went missing in transit. The tote had a wild ride from your place to mine!
