Have worked at Nordstrom for 15 years and knowing how customer service is, or “the lack thereof” in general these days “everywhere”, the greatest and happiest I’ve been. I was thanked for my purchase with a cute goody bag of face masks, a card and beautiful wrapping... I am 110% satisfied. Veronica is AMAZING.
