The skirt is gorgeous and looks to be brand new; however, I did notice that it was marked “NWT” yet the tags were no longer attached (which wouldn’t qualify this as NWT). Nonetheless, I’m still giving you a 5-star rating because I know I’m guilty of buying something, impulsively cutting the tags off, and then never wearing it… I’m gonna assume you do the same 😉.
