I needed this beautiful gown for a bridesmaid dress in an upcoming wedding. Previously, I had purchased other dresses through poshmark, all of which we not a very good experience. I just about didn't order from poshmark again, but saw your listing, which looked exceptionally clean and honest, and decided to give it one more shot! I'm so glad I did! When I was opening the box, the first thing I noticed was, of all things, the tape was covering the seems of the box, as if it was packaged thoughtfully so it doesn't come open in shipping! (I had literally had a different dress, previously, sent without a single piece of tape closing the box!! So I was pleasantly surprised with the care you took to close your box before shipping!) Then, as I opened the box, first off, I didn't notice any bad odors (unlike a different dress that actually smelled musty). But then, as I finished opening the lid of the box, there, was a kind written note, just letting me know it was fresh from the dry cleaners!!! When I saw that, I truly felt so cared for! I felt so blessed by your kindness and thoughtfulness! SO relived that someone selling their used item on poshmark wasn't just trying to make some extra money and dump their old stuff off on whoever is willing to buy it, but actually care about the buyers experience and satisfaction, being so fair, and even generous, about the purchase! And it smelled so nice and clean!!! To buy a beautiful, CLEAN dress was so wonderful. It was also a relief to know the sequins come out well in the dry cleaner too! I am absolutely amazed and so happy with this purchase! Thank you so much for your thoughtfulness and kindness!! It is truly appreciated!!
