I'm changing my review from one star to 5! The dress came in smelling awful, and, I was very irritated about it. Of course I wasn't the kindest with my initial review. She was sincere with the apology and continued to follow up to insure I was able to launder the odor out and very much cared about what happened. I've decided this couldn't have been her fault or she wouldn't have kept trying to help me. Clearly, she didn't know when the bundle was shipped. If she did, upon bad review she would have blocked me or been rude. This didn't happen... her follow up was swift and she continued to check in. I personally want to apologize to you for my rudeness. I made a huge mistake in not reaching out before my review. I didn't treat you like I would like to be treated. I hope I haven't had a negative impact on your sales. I'm unsure how I can make up for my behavior, it was unacceptable, rude and childish especially for a 46 year old woman. If you'd like I will gift you anything in my closet you want. Feel free to create a BIG bundle and it's yours at no charge even if your just going to resale the items. I'm just so sorry.
