Bummed that there were two big holes in the dress, but she did not realize it because she held it up and realized it would not fit her. Very communicative and genuinely sorry that the dress wasn’t in tiptop shape. Not her fault so I’m still giving her 5 stars. The Posher before her did not disclose this.
