Thank you for keeping me posted about the status of the shipping. These shoes are surprisingly comfortable and easy to walk in even though the heel height is about 4 inches. The thick sturdy heel, as mentioned in the description, is the reason why I purchased these heels. Born has always been one of my favorite shoe brands. I appreciate the quick shipping!
