Natalia was amazing, putting up extra pics to help me feel better about the purchase, willing to cancel purchase if need be and most importantly super honest and willing to make the buyer happy and not just take their money. (Different experience with another buyer who was not willing to help me out when I realized it was the wrong bag and not willing to cancel purchase and Poshmark support was not helpful) the purse was exactly as described and in a great condition! Super reasonable to negotiate with! Thank you Natalia! The purse was a birthday gift for my sister and she couldn’t be happier with the purse!
