The bag has completely fallen apart on the outside and was NOT IN “perfect pre-owned condition”. I used it ONCE and it is flaking all over the place. I will change this rating once I receive a full refund. Update 10/29: full refund thank you so much! Who knows! I know you didn’t deceive on purpose bcuz I looked at your pix b4 buying and there is NO SIGN of cracking at all!!!! I can’t figure out why it would fall apart either! But hey these things happen, Thank you for being flexible and a good business woman!
