Responsive and very quick to ship!! Love the boots but they run a whole size large in my opinion. I was able to use a full length insert plus two ball of foot pads to make them work! They’re not comfy but fashion rarely is lol!

Great price Great price, fast shipping and the factory defective are un noticeable unless you want to really examine the boots. But I one that don't care I like and wear what I want and dare someone to check me lol. Great
