The bag is just as described, and seller was great about answering all my questions. Only issue was shipping time. If you're not shipping same or next day just communicate. A cust & PM shouldn't have to ask when something is being shipped.Cust serv/commun goes a long way & costs nothing & makes the diff between a lifelong cust w/good referrals or 1 u will never see again. I usually subtract stars, but seller was very responsive when asked why shipping was so delayed.
