Every part of this transaction was perfect! Seller took every effort with packaging. The hat was expertly wrapped and gently tucked into the perfectly sized box, with a thoughtful thank you card, and then she used a waterproof “thank you” wrapping paper. It was the most thoughtful, careful presentation I’ve ever received. The hat I ordered - nothing short of magical. It’s a well made, high quality, beautiful upscale looking hat.
