The boots are very nice, probably worn more than a few times, as the trim had quite a bit of wear. I will have it polished to repair the area and should be juat fine. When shipping a large item that has to be boxed, use a box that isn't torn and make sure it's taped properly. The box came with tape only around the center, leaving the sides open exposing, the content inside. The opening was large enough for a hand to easily slide in for someone to see and feel the boots. Just a suggestion for future shipments...I wouldn't want you to have an item lost during shipment. Have a great day!
