As a Posh seller myself, I understand that sometimes it's not possible to ship ASAP due to an illness but as a courtesy to the customer, the seller should advise the buyer if there is going to be a delay. I received my item over a week after I placed the order and the seller didn't respond to my comments until several days later. I still chose to give the seller a 5-star rating only because of the fact that it's a great piece at an excellent price.
