Tom, I got the note. And no worries as far as a shipping delay.. I had someone who didn't ship my purchase out until twenty days after my purchase. I'm so sorry you're going through cancer treatment.. My mum is going thought it too. She had breast cancer. And then 6 years later, it showed up on her brain. They just went I to remove it. And now she's in the process of rehabilitation. I wish you best of luck my friend..
