Live and learn. I sacrificed the money I paid for this hat so I could warn others. If you aren't aware, any reviews less than 5 stars won't show up. Perhaps that's why this seller has only 7 reviews (love notes) after selling 56+ items. It took a week to ship and she blamed it on being out of town. No apology. When I finally received the hat, there's an obvious worn out area on the brim due to the attempted removal of a stain. Likely why she didn’t respond to requests for pics of the bottom of the hat. I LOVE to empower other sellers, but I detest dishonesty. Withholding info is dishonest. I hope this "love note" helps the seller to rethink her selling practices. You should EARN every 5 star review you receive.
