Thanks! I received the backpack 4 days after purchase and came 1 day sooner than expected. The bag wasn't wrapped nor did it have any cushioning inside the box, which is unusual; however, the bag came without damages. I think that's a testament to the quality of the bag. The bag appears new as stated. Very happy!
