Shoes were practically brand new, there was an issue with the shipping label and she stayed in communication with me the whole time, come to find out the posting office didn’t create a label until it was actually shipped to my city. It was nothing she did yet she was still professional and respectful towards my concerns. I’m so happy with my purchase
