The bag is so beautiful- I smoothed some leather conditioner over the entire bag, inside and out, and it made the emerald green really pop! The bag came quickly after purchase and was wrapped in a cute reusable shopper- what a nice touch! I added my own gold chunky chain strap and it really elevated the look…. Or rod come with the original crossbody strap which was in great condition as well… all on all, I recommend this seller as the condition of the bag was as described- thank you for such a beautiful bag- it compliments my existing Coach collection so well!
