Hello, Jackie. Thank you so much for getting the Namaste bag to me. I want you to know that the bag arrived while I was sick with the flu, which is why I neglected to accept the order in the system. For that, I apologize. I did not mean to be rude and uncaring. Thank you also for the thank you card. That was a lovely touch. I thought you'd want to know that the thank you card worked its way out of the inside of the box and was attached to the tape between the short and long flaps. I don't know if this was intentional or if the contents shifted during shipping, but I thought you'd want to know in case another customer doesn't get their card. Thanks again! The Namaste bag made me feel a bit better once I was awake enough to open the box. I love this color! Best wishes, elleemmiss.
