Kay is a wonderful seller and person! I wanted to surprise my fiance with this chandelier she wanted for our new home. I received the item in a timely manner but there was a piece that had broken. I messaged Kay and she immediately responded AND went above and beyond to contact the store to get a replacement part!! My fiancé is so happy thanks to Kay and over living room will finally be complete! Will be buying from her again. 12/10 would recommend!
