100% raw silk custom skirt size small

This is a new skirt without tags. This was given to me by the designer herself. It is made of pink raw silk with goldish silk on the bottom front with black dragon embroidery. It has a tulle underskirt, ties and zips in the back and has slits on each side as in Asian design. This is a size small. I never wore this piece because of sentimental value but now no longer fit into it and I'm purging my closet. I'd rather have this piece go to a loving home. Approximate measurements 13 1/2" waist, 37 1/2" length, 16" in the hips, 15 1/2 in slits on either side.
