It has 1 inside zipper pocket with hook closure, key ring clip, and 3 hang tangs. Beautiful inside and out! Large enough for a lap top, school, office, gym, travel, weekender, or diaper bag. There is a minor scuff on one corner, on the bottom of the bag, as seen in last picture, that's not even noticeable as you can see, and does not detract from beauty or functionality of this tote.
