Victorian 1890's "La Belle Epoch" Black & Brown Floral Cut Velvet with Fringe Jacket - S/M. This piece is in decent vintage condition and is very rare. It hangs on the body like a shawl with very short sleeves, built in waist belt with 2 hooks, and 6 button closures. -Small rip on the left shoulder. - Seam on the left arm cuff is coming loose -some beads missing and some fringe is looking sad.
