Butterick 6578 from 1954. This pattern is for a bateau neck, all in one sleeve dress in a size 18/ 36 bust. The pattern has some wear on the outer envelope. it is missing pieces 5 & 6 (the facing pieces for view A but all other pieces & instructions are there and in good shape.
