This dress is in off white/ cream lace fabric on top and is lined. it has giant beautiful bell sleeves that are unlined (your arm will be visible in the sleeves). The dress is in great condition with no tears or stains. This would be so cute with a pair of platform boots or wear it as a tunic with bell bottoms and a belt. front of dress is 27in long bust (armpit to armpit, taken in half, lying flat) is about 20in.
