1950s vintage Simplicity 1390 hat, collar and cuffs sewing pattern

Vintage onesize Simplicity 1390 (S1390) accessories sewing pattern. This pattern has instructions to make 2 different hats, 3 different collars and a matching pair of cuffs. THIS PATTERN IS MISSING PIECE A (which is the collar piece for views 1 and 4). I've pointed this piece out in the last photos. All other pieces and instructions are there. pattern envelope is in useable vintage condition.
