1960s Vintage Koupy Model Couture Simpsons St. Regis Room Dress

Dark vintage brown-green dress with detachable half-back panel! Waist measures ~28” (I’m 5’2” in the photo and while waist is fitted would look better on someone with a fuller bust or taller frame! The piece itself is in excellent condition and there are no flaws visible from the metal zipper to the inside stitching. I love it but it doesn't quite fit me (I'm 5'2" and a US 2-4). It would look stunning on the right person. The tags have green stitching in a brighter color, as do the snaps and origiinal hook/eyes on the front for reinforcement. This designer went by a few names and I definitely recommend looking into the history (Chaskel Charles, Charles Kuperstein- Anthony Charles his son took over in 1960 when he passed and ran Charles Kuperstein Ltd.)! Don’t like the price??? Make me an offer! Measurements *I used to costume for theatres but don’t have an adjustable form on me currently, I’ve shown sizing across in images directly - bust is ~37” 28”waist and 40” max hip - 14” arm hole openings at base (near elbows) and 19” shoulder to shoulder. 27” love navel to hem of skirt.
