1960s/1970s Giant Collar/Bow Polkadot Red White and Blue Clown Vibes Maxi Dress

This dress is super unique and has one of the most fun halter collars I’ve seen—the way the closures work at the neck (open back) give it some shape to stand up a little—overall very camp in the best way! The flaws I’ve noticed are pictured—small stain on front (haven’t tried washing), Seam stress on upper inner lining bust, loose bow, safety pin at back hook and eye. Also without original belt, but I believe it was a wide vinyl one. Had this for about ten years and never really worn it beyond trying it on once or twice then. Zip up back with nylon zipper, hooks and eyes at neck/collar. Very fitted bust, about a modern size XS/2 or tight 4 at the waist/bust. Approx 34” bust (halter) Waist 13” tight flat (best for 24-25” waist) Hip open/24” across Length 56” Item comes from a smoke-free home with a cat. No returns.
