@babygooyear1 Hello!! I would say it is more of a collector piece but you can wear it, the weird thing is, some of them are silver underneath and some are stainless steal and that’s how they made them to cut down costs, this one is silver I’m told by my jeweler friend, as far as wear time, that’s going to be up to your own skin makeup, meaning it could be sweat, getting it too wet etc.

@babygooyear1 Sorry for the delay, I was talking with my daughter and grandson lol - usually I would say, a 6 inch would be better suited for your wrist size, however, a medium like this, you’d definitely have wiggle room- it is 6 3/4” around closed so if you can, measure that around your own wrist so that will give you a better idea
