1970s Vintage Lime Green Floral Mini Dress

There are no tags on this dress, and I believe it may have been made by hand. The fabric is polyester, lime green with a cute yellow floral pattern. There are a few minor holes near the bust line, but nothing significant or noticeable. Very cute and flattering summer dress!
