joellexx Does it have tule underneath, And would it be possible to Hem it as I am 5’3

yemma257 @joellexx yes there is a small layer of tulle underneath but nothing crazy. You would be able to hem it very easily as there is no train to the dress and it is not a high/low so it would just be an even hemline. I wore heels with it and it still was a bit long so gemming it would be a good option.
