2 piece navy loft set

Navy set with small white circular pattern. Can be work together or separate. Shirred waist can be worn as low-, mid-, or high waisted. Ruffles on bottom of skirt, sits mid thigh when I wear high waisted (I am 5’7”) tank is lined and flowy when not tucked in. Skirt is a medium, top is a small but very flowy.
