Lovely black mid-rise pencil skirt with gorgeous velvet damascus patterning. Adds a little flare to an otherwise simple piece. Perfect for an office goth or steampunk! Waistband is folded and lightly tacked. Stitches can be undone if you want more of a high waisted look for this skirt. Since the edges would be a little raw, it would pair great with a belt!
