3/4 inch sleeve black velvet dress

This black velvet dress has 3/4 inch sleeves and features a collar and low v on both the back and front of dress. The only flaw is that the buttons on the back of the collar are loose and need to be re-sewed but all the buttons are present. I also would like to add that the buttons are very much still attached to the dress.
