For the pants. Im assuming that length measurement is laying flat length or is that the inseam length?

@kdean508 it’s 38R no mods and the pants are 32 in length with 2 inch to let out
At that time I was 5 11 155 lbs I can’t wear them since I’m now 185 lbs
