4" platform stilettos

Blue suede like comma 4" heels platform pumps. Did wear them once. Bought on impulse because the color is so beautiful but they're half a size too small for me so they do run true to size. The outside everything excellent condition, the slightest wear on the Soles, beautiful blue cobalt color.
