dpmasley I am the purchaser of the 4 vintage pottery mugs. Is it possible for you to check on shipping. I show that they have been in Memphis TN since September 13th. Usually items get to Tupelo in 1 day. I was hoping as the shipper that you could find out more information. Thanks in advance. Delena Masley

roomformore @dpmasley Sweetie, I've been emailing Posh daily since the I shipped it. They say that USPS has tracking feature delays. I'm concerned as well. Please reach out to Posh through the app where sale is recorded and see if they can contact carrier. Have you gone to your area USPO? Maybe it's sitting there. Feel so bad that it's not in your possession yet. I'll contact them again.

As part of their protection policy, you were refunded and I was paid. While this is great customer service, I'm bothered immensely with the negligence by the USPS. Continued...

roomformore @dpmasley Hi Delena 👋😟 ...Continued Items were individually packed in bubble-wrap and boxed in a sturdy USPS box; I clear-tape well, including the label in case it gets wet in transit. Eventually, they will find the package and deliver it to you.
