Gorgeous emerald lace bodice dress with tulle skirt. This has the “wow” factor for your toddler that loves to twirl! My daughter loved this dress for its fanciness, but was too big for her so we went with another option. Color is definitely a deeper green than photographed. Basically like new, I did wash it in a garment bag with non toxic Sal Suds soap and hung dry, so could use a steam to smooth out the tulle. No flaws noted, though!
