Hi Stacy ! Your waist is a great fit. Not sure on your hips . I feel if you used Spanx or some sort of shape wear it could work . That gives you a few inches . As for having it by Tuesday . I could send it out out first thing tomorrow morning and you may have it by Tuesday or Wednesday. There is no way to overnight it with Poshmark. Thank you and let me know .
