blairmary Hello! I got your message and the problem right now is that you don't have a ton of followers. It's hard to make sells when you don't have thousands of possible buyers. Plus, sometimes you will have periods where you don't sell for a while and items that you have to take a break even price on. Just keep sharing and following.

She had an allergic reaction to a dress and swelled up. She had to take Benadryl. I've been as nice as I can be to be helpful, poor thing. She opened a case on me. We could have settled this easily enough outside of PM. Too bad, gulp. How was your day today love? Did I tell you that I fell in my garden? Yep. Clumsy,old fart! Ouch!

leajamesfashion @mrscroutscloset , Look up your state on how to incorporate and it will guide you through the steps , Than you can pick a name for your business, make up some cards , pricetags , put it on facebook Website if grow big enough ( lots of work and very expensive Facebook, I think might be good one ? I just don't have the time. Poshmark is time consuming! Let me know if you have any more questions. Also, I find most of my sales are new items

They are selling from a wholesaler I have access to and have a blue catsuit they are selling for a pack of 3 for $65 and they are $5.75 a piece for me to buy or you can buy from there RETAIL store $10 . I think it's called 1025 store.com Luxe on Posh sells a lot of there things , so do a lot of Poshers, check the store out , U might recognize the models.

So, yes, my Juliet is certainly a miracle baby- she was born at 27 weeks!!! 1lbs 10 oz and stayed in the Neonatal ICU for 3 1/2 months! But she not only survived, she THRIVED and fought and came home as if she were born completely full-term! She is brilliant, sooooo smart, so happy and the LIGHT OF MY WORLD!!! Def a miracle baby...

jmarinalynn @620osage ... you see, I had an "Incompetant Cervix" which is when your cervix opens prematurely and there's a risk that you can have a miscarriage. So at about 16 wks, I had have my cervix sewn shut! It's called a "cerclage."

jmarinalynn @620osage I had one of the best high risk OBGYNs in NYC, thank god, so she didn't take any chances. Then I developed an infection in my uterus in the 5-6th month (bc when the cervix isn't closed all the way foreign bacteria can intrude). That's when my water broke and I was rushed into the OR for an emergency c-section...

Yes, there IS a god - you don't know how many times and how HARD I prayed for her to survive and I got MORE than that: she didn't just survive, she's 110% normal and SMART (and believe me, I'm not just saying that bc she's mine!)😻. Yes, her father and I planned to have her so he is 100% committed to her & lives with us. Is he my ideal mate? Lol, NO! But he's pretty close to my ideal idea of a father my bubba girl 👶🏻.

jmarinalynn @620osage Were you born in 1948? If so, you're the same age my mom would be... I lost her to breast cancer at 18, she was 53. It's something you NEVER get over😢. Then, 6 wks into my pregnancy her paternal gma dies!!! 😫😔. But what do Christians say? "God giveth and God taketh away..." And we'll never know WHY😞. But this poor angel has NO grandparents and it rips my heart apart everyday.

leajamesfashion @jmarinalynn Yes, almost everything in my closet required an EIN Number . For instance a dress that costs $39 you can buy for $8-10 tops $4-6 . I have bought cute things on EBay, which you can do. Just watch the quality. I would suggest getting your EIN# through your state, you should be able to do that over the internet . Do you have access to the wholesale portal on here? Don't buy there, too expensive. I can buy the same items for more than half of what they are charging ?

If they are selling dresses for $125 they are coming from a cheap wholesale site known as Wish . You will spot her site , she has 1 hour sales constantly. I can't buy a dress wholesale for $125 . I lost my wonderful mom suddenly 16 months ago. I quickly found out that If I wanted to keep some of her things I had to go through my things. Her house was FULL! I have them all custom made with my own Seamstress that I have had for over three years. Also be careful buying on here, lots of sellers buying there dresses off cheap Chinese websites. You have no time to concentrate on your own closet. My sales haven't increased at all , so I quit doing all that .I did have a Wedding Boutique in Colorado. However had to close when my husband was diagnosed with cancer. That's what brought me to Poshmark Just a little info about myself. How about you, did they make you an Ambassador? 🌹Lea Ann

prettyinrosie @620osage hi there beautiful! So Lulus does not sell wholesale, I just happen to live in the same city that their main Warehouse is located in. They often donate a lot of their clothes to charity and I go to those sales and go nuts! 😂 they have some amazing sales online and when they do I try to snag stuff and then resell when they are out of stock online. I’ve been doing that for about 3 years now.

prettyinrosie @620osage to be honest with you, they are not a true fan of me selling their clothes. It causes headaches for them as people sometimes call them when they see one of my listings with questions. They try to stay as a separate entity which I totally understand. I respect their desire to keep themselves separate from me or other resellers. I’m going to tag you in a few of my posts here in a second so you can read up on my journey if you find it interesting!

thebookmark @620osage sorry to hear about your husband 🙏🏼. I found my way to Posh from a friend. I was selling on Facebook groups but didn’t like strangers coming to my house and vise versa. I just didn’t want to put myself and my family at risk. I have lupus, gastroparsis, POTS, type 2 diabetes and EDS. I am having hip surgery next Tuesday. It also allows the whole family to be involved which is nice. And yes, I became a Ambassador last week😀.

danigo Hi Lea Ann 💜 your closet is beautiful!! It’s obvious you’re really successful at poshmark. I’m a part time seller and looking to boost my sales. Wondering what advice you have? How do you encourage buyers to leave a comment? I always package my items nicely with wrapping paper and a thank you card. My ratings are high but I don’t get comments on every sale.

leajamesfashion @danigo I know , I have the same problem !! I’ve had over a hundred sales . I shipped out 5 packages Tuesday and haven’t received one review , so far two 5 star reviews with no comment ! If they are new I don’t think they go that extra step . . I even ask them politely , still nothing . I just almost get Angry 😠. I wrap everything up nicely with a card and free gift . If it’s a big sale I will send a dress, top, jewelry. Still crickets !

leajamesfashion @danigo As for inventory , I have a spare bedroom packed full, because I sell wedding dresses also on other sites not just PM . You have a gorgeous closet. The only thing I noticed , you have several listings that aren’t items you are selling . Just my opinion, but I would remove some of those . I usually have 3 right when u see my closet. ‘ MEET THE POSHER ‘ MY AMBASSADOR LISTING , ‘THE LOWBALL CHART ‘ . That’s it . I just looked quickly, I will check again . Hope this helps 💞

They are way too high and other sellers can’t get their items sold to even break even , I’ve heard horror stories !! Here are some places : ROMWE , SHEIN , EBAY , AMAZON Hit & miss on AliExpress and D H Gate . Do you have an EIN #. . Get one through your State ( really easy ) Then Look up wholesale sites . I buy a lot on Catwalk Wholesale

lovedogscats Hi Lea Ann. I volunteer at a no-kill animal shelter. Our thrift store was donated 70+ formal dresses (most w/ tags) to sell. Our regular customers have no interest in formal wear so I've been trying to sell them online. However, I don't know anything about formal wear so I was hoping a posher, such as yourself, might be interested in purchasing a group of them at a highly discounted cost. k_mcsheffrey I noticed you sell gorgeous evening gowns. I'm taking a shot here but I have 3 GORGEOUS evening gowns. The woman that owns them is METICULOUS with her clothes. She used to be on Broadway and she wore these gowns once each to 3 separate New Years Eve Galas.
