Love the floral, navy pattern in poly chiffon, delicate, feminine, extra billowy sleeves and angel wing ruffle that drops from shoulder to hem on both sides. Dress up or down. stylabration @amazzulli thank you for interest. I would not call it see thru as in you must by cami or tank to wear underneath. Not even sure how that would look. I classify it as semi sheer. It is probably my favorite top by this brand. Beautiful!

stylabration @darmyzroom Hi Darlene, thanks for stopping by! Sorry, I am confused as to what you want me to measure regarding seam to seam of arm?Do you mean end to end? Once clarified, I will do my best to answer. Regarding biceps, before I measure, I can tell you both these blouse sleeves (Gap top as well) are oversized "baloon style"; there is a lot of fabric on both, so may not for you if looking for fitted sleeve.

darmyzroom @cmadderom shoulder seam to shoulder seam top of blouse. I have narrow shoulder so I like for that measurement I be 16-16.5”. The bicep width to be about 7-7.5” because of course I have chunky upper arms. 😾 hope that makes sense.

stylabration @darmyzroo. Okay, here you go: Large: shoulder spread seam to seam is 16" ; bicepts 20"; lying flat; not taking into account plenty of stretch. Medium is one inch smaller on both measurements.

stylabration @uliasnodgrass Good morning, this top is a deep navy. In person, there is no mistaking it for black in any light. My pics tend to look darker & it definitely lightens up in daylight.
