I hope all went well and you are enjoying a new life! Yes, when we moved here from New Jersey, I put a lot of of my northern clothes on Posh and donated some. I did keep a few things just in case we visit up north. Actually, we will be taking a cruise to Alaska this summer, so I'm glad I kept a few things. Enjoy your new life! ❤️❤️❤️

stylabration @marsala A "transplant" from Wisconsin (sorry for the confusion...a play on words). I do battle a nasty GI disease that left me 4' shy of bowel..unfortunately not a candidate for transplant or device so I work very hard to stay healthy! We have our car serviced in Naples...love it there. Currently living in Punta Gorda..a quaint harbor town. We love the beaches but have to fight traffic so we hope to relocate to the Boca Grande area. Have a wonderful cruise!, Helen! 💕Carrie

marsala My NY kidney Doctor connected me to the "best" kidney Doctor here in Florida. He has been fabulous! He is located in Fort Myers. It has been worth the drive through the whole transplant process. He set me up with the best specialists for parts of me since I had to be checked out for the transplant. The Best GI Doctor is called Dr. Paul Yudelman. He is in Fort Myers, but he is worth it. Up to you if you want to look him up. 239-939-9939. Good luck friend! 💝

My specialist and surgeon from the Medical College of Wisconsin who are also top docs at Mayo and Cleveland did NOT want me to move to Florida because they could not refer me. I now understand why. I have zillions of lightly or never worn outfits that need to find a new home after this unexpected relocation. He hooked me up with Dr Walter Hogan (now consultant ...I think he is now 90) & surgeon Kirk Ludwig. He is most familiar with my insides. My team was THE BEST. My acts like Chrons but isn't. Never diagnosed so they call IBD w/history of mechanical bowel obstructuons! They warned me not to move!

Thankfully, island living has been goid to ne and de-stressing has everything inactive...for most part. You poor thing!!! I can't even imagine dealing with those other auto immune diseases on top of the belly busters! I'll add you to my prayer list for healing & wellness!❤💞

kkronschnabl64 @stylabration I’m familiar with both of the Dr.’s that you mentioned. It took three years and an emergency gallbladder removal to figure out what I had. Mostly bedridden, 9 lengthy hospital stays and being poked and prodded before they figured it out. My daughter also has Lupus (SLE.) I’m from Milwaukee, Wisconsin Born and raised.♥️

stylabration @kkronschnabl64 wow...that was the route my brother took b4 diagnosed...out with the gall bladder and appendix. That was back in the 70's & he was 15. They blasted him with steroids which led to horrific arthritis. He has little bowel left & neither of us are candidates for ostomy. He went into remission, married & 2 daughters both in early 20's; so far asymptomatic.

kkronschnabl64 @stylabration My brother lives on Okauchee (sp?) Lake. We are half Italian/Greek and German. Persistent we are when we are passionate about something as our health. I miss the snow very much, but I can go back anytime since my parent’s still live up there. I have 2 law enforcement Uncle’s that live in Clearwater. One is an FBI agent and the other is a K-9 Police Officer. Both retired and living a great life in the warmth of Clearwater.♥️

kkronschnabl64 @stylabration Weisberger’s! One of our favorite places to eat. Okauchee Lake has a lot to offfer. My brother is a bachelor, so it’s perfect for him. He has a boat and all his toy’s. The parties out there in the summer are big. He lives on an end property that is really serene. So he has the best of both worlds there. We met for a reason and for that, I am grateful. I appreciate all your sharing too, it’s nice to be able to share pretty things all day! All your items are always great! I hope we’re increasing each other’s sales, I think so 😊. Typically jewelry for sale has it's own listing. However, sometimes I'll pick up a novelty piece (inexpensive) to help present a top. In that case, it is not worth my time to list separately but will include with a bundle purchase. Others are not for sale.

You discovered my truest passion; yes, shells r from my beach. My closet has been open since 16 but I didn't start selling until last year when catastrophic pollution crisis in the Gulf killed my inspiration & so much more😭 I turned to Posh as a diversion! Things have not slowed down since!

We still had to prepare for evac & chase down supplies from the mainland all week. No water or gas. All in all, we are SO fortunate; not affected by the storm. receiving all clear today. Our island would be gone if it would have gone cross state & hit us. Prayers for the Bahamians; can't even imagine!

stylabration @faithjoy52798 sorry, I misled you. No gas or bottled water left in SW Florida. We were told to prep for 2 weeks w/out power. Need many cases of water for obvious reasons & full tank gas+ extra to get out of state. Ultimately, Dorian didn't affect us, but once it missed Puerto Rico, we were told to prepare for the worst. We had mandatory evac for Irma which went right over us. We were w/out power 4 days in hotel & another once home. In both cases, we were extremely fortunate!

aposhstyle @stylabration I just guessed on that one. Neither way is very comfortable. That would completely stress me out! Our biggest threat here is probably tornados or ice storms but they don’t impact such a large area. I hope you get completely back to normal soon 💕💕

stylabration @faithjoy52798 I'm from Wisconsin so we know a few things about tornados, ice/snow, & extreme cold. We moved here in 2013 with average hurricane activity 1st 2 years. Would take hurricanes over all of the above any day of the week. In 2016, 1st cat 4 hit in over 12 years. We were told 4's only hit 15 yrs or so: rare. 2017, cat 5 Irma hit, 2018 cat 5 Maria & Michael. 2019 cat 5 Dorian & we r just getting started. I guess cat 5's r here to stay. Climate change is real. 😨
