Elastic thick waistband, 2 large belted stringed loops that hold a large lace tie waist belt. No pockets. Small slit at bottom. It's heavy duty & beautifully made! Measured 15in waist flat, stretches to 19in flat, 40in top to bottom, 20in hips. So beautifully, so rare. In amazing condition w/no major seen flaws. Pls ask any questions!
