Gorgeous! 19in UA to UA, 14in waist (elastic) & stretches a few inches, 56in top to bottom, it is very long! Meant for a tall woman! Built in slip, boho butterfly sleeves, the top mesh part is attached at hips on sides and in back that are slit open, hard to describe! Zipper in back, stops above waist, flowy & amazing shimmery floral design. No tags. Feels like an acetate and chiffon. Best fit a S/M & someone taller! Sm blemishes near slits on hips, nothing major.
